How fast do you process returns?

What’s included in inspection?
Opening the parcel, condition check, and 3–5 photos. Optional short video is available for detailed checks.
Which payments do you accept?
We support bank transfer, Wise, and card payments (Stripe) depending on contract, country, and currency.
Can you follow our SOP?
