How fast do you process returns?
Most parcels are checked in, opened, inspected, and reported within 24 hours of arrival (business days). Same-day reporting is common depending on delivery timing.

Can you support small or low-volume brands?

Pricing is transparent: a monthly plan + per-action operational fees.

Do you re-ship items to customers or warehouses?
Yes. We can re-ship domestically in Japan, consolidate multiple returns, or forward selected items overseas based on your SOP.

We operate from Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan — enabling fast receiving and consistent handling nationwide.
Is communication in English?
Yes. Reports and daily coordination are handled in clear, structured English by default.
Which brands and platforms do you support?
Global D2C brands, Shopify stores, Amazon FBA sellers, and crowdfunding brands (Kickstarter / Indiegogo) shipping to Japan.
Can you follow our SOP?
Yes. We can follow SOP-based workflows (inspection rules, classification, next actions, storage windows, exception handling). If you don’t have one yet, we’ll propose a simple checklist to start.
Are shipping fees included?
No. Carrier fees are billed at cost. Any handling fees are shown clearly in our pricing.
